Sunroof drain seal. Where do I buy one?

So my passenger (left hand, from inside) side drain seal gasket thingy is stuffed. The one that's behind the bumper.

Where do I get a new one? I searched ebay but couldn't find any. Someone said a dealer but the dealers here like to bone us on price. Should I just try make my own, and use gasket goo?
