Resetting 318is SI lights

Has anyone ever this without using a resetting tool? I looked on bmwe30.net and e30m3therealm3.com but those diagrams do not match up with mine. Any tips would be helpful.

the pins are the same for the late 325 and 318.. you must have been looking at the early connector.
