Head gasket copper spray vs Hylomar spray

In the process of changing my head gasket in my turbo car. Going with a oem bmw gasket. I've heard people using copper spray, was wondering if anyone used Hylomar? I've used it in the past but never on head gaskets.

From my understanding, nothing is needed for an OEM gasket. Copper sprays are generally used on copper head gaskets.

I've seen people use the copper on stock gaskets too. I planned on doing so but was thinking the Hylomar would be a better choice

We use copper spray on every OEM or OEM style head gasket we install.
