Car sputters when I floor the gas

Fumes in the cab could mean a shot cat... Or a leak at the headers possibly. Could be dumping too much fuel, and that's why also. Check to see if an injector is stuck open? Then you'd be flooding one cylinder. Would cause issues for sure

I have no cat,straight headers to exhaust,I will have to check the headers,as far as the injectors, wouldn't I get a hint of fuel smell if it was stuck?

Possibly. But its still a good idea to check. If you have the stock injectors in its not going to dump a lot of gas. And your exhaust is more then hit enough to burn most of it off
