Diagnosing possible rear suspension issues

I'm suspicious that my subframe bushings and/or trailing arm bushings are worn, but I don't experience the "thumping" sound many describe, nor does the rear feel loose at all. I hear what I'd describe as a metallic "clanking" sound when going over some medium-sized and larger bumps. Doesn't seem to happen as much at highway speed unless I hit a "repaired" area of lumpy asphalt in a concrete road surface. I also hear a slight thump from the rear when I push the clutch pedal and feel a little shake....signs of a bad diff mount? I recently replaced transmission mounts and CSB, and flex disc. These aren't parts I've ever had to replace before on any car I've owned, so I'm not 100% sure of what to look for.

Did you mark the drive shaft when you took it apart, and put it back the same way?

Yeah, driveshaft is perfectly balanced, no driveline vibrations. Just funny sounds from the back.

clanking sound over bumps - check your rear springs and rear shock mounts

thump from rear when engaging clutch - double check all the nuts/bolts on both ends of the driveshaft and the CSB bolts.

The shock mounts are new, but I suspected them anyways for a while, then checked them. They're nice and tight still. Springs/pads are good too.

Check the bolts holding the diff to the subframe....the ones on top.

I had the same clunk with the clutch engagement, and mine was the driveshaft ujoints.
