Car sounds like a Subaru boxster? Will barely move at low RPMs.
Not sure where to even start?

That's how my car sounded when I broke a rocker arm and was running on 5 cylinders. It had no problem accelerating though, was just a little bit slower.

at least two cylinders are not firing.

I had this happen when I rebuilt my engine. In my case, it turned out to be two injectors. It really does sound like a Subaru.

You almost certainly have a hard misfire.

-To find out which cylinders are misfiring, disconnect spark plug wires one at a time. On one (or more) cylinders, there will be no change in idle/sound when you disconnect the spark plug wire.
            Those are your misfiring cylinders.

-Hold the relevant spark plug wires near the spark plug, without seating it. It should arc from the wire to the plug. If not, then you likely have some bad wires. Take a voltmeter and check their resistance.

-If you are getting a spark, pull the plugs and see how they look. If they are not obviously damaged or burned out, swap them with a properly firing cylinder to see if the misfire moves with them. If it does, you have bad plugs.

-If the plugs check out good, swap a fuel injector from the misfiring cylinder to a firing cylinder and see if the misfire moves. If it does, you have a bad injector (or a damaged wire).

-If the same cylinders are still misfiring, pull the valve cover and check for broken rockers, massively out of adjustment valves, or worn cam lobes. If everything looks ok there, you might as well adjust your valves since you got this far, and put the valve cover back on.

-Perform a compression test. If you made it this far without finding anything, you probably have some low compression numbers on your misfiring cylinders. Add a few drops of oil to each misfiring cylinder. If the compression goes up a bit, you likely have bad rings or worn cylinders. If there is no change, it is likely a bad valve/valve seat or blown head gasket.

-If the compression test is good, then about the only other thing I can think of is a completely blown out intake manifold gasket.

this happened in my VW Rabbit, it was an injector stuck open. and yes it sounded just like a Subaru.

go thru what Andy suggests it will reveal the issue.

I guess I'm going to start off changing all the spark plugs not sure how old they are.

Found the problem. One of the Spark plugs was covered in oil
