I need help with this quickly guys. My car starts up fine but the idel will jump from 1800-2200 rpm. Its a very steady bouncing, it causes the MPG to jump as well. My ICV is good. Please give me some ideas of stuff I can check.

Just looking at the lines doesnt mean that you actually checked them for a vacuum leak btw. Get a vacuum gauge for cheap from Autozone or something and see how much vacuum the car has at idle. It should be around 17-20Hg or so.

I think its either the ECU or the harness that runs to the ICV. Im burnt out but Ill check a few more things later.
