How hard is it to change an engine mount, does the engine need to be removed? How many hours work would it be for someone who knows what they are doing? What upgrades are available to get stronger ones (ie e36, e46????

They are easy. Do them one side at a time. Unbolt the mount and lift the motor with a jack.Adam Fogg- '88 M3
