    Engine Mount

How hard is it to change an engine mount, does the engine need to be removed? How many hours work would it be for someone who knows what they are doing? What upgrades are available to get stronger ones (ie e36, e46????

    Thanks

They are easy. Do them one side at a time. Unbolt the mount and lift the motor with a jack.

What about mounts from an E36, E46 or other model (like how rear shock mounts are compatable between some models)? Will they fits straight in?

Holy shit...never even thought of doing them one at a time!

BUT...guess that's not really feasible if both are completely shot...like mine were.
