    What's more difficult?

    Two options:

1 - installing a m42 head (from my '91 318is) on a m44 block, having it tuned perfectly and reinstalling it into my 318is.
2 - building a m20 2.8L stroker with eta crank, aftermarket pistons and cam, tuning it perfectly, and reinstalling it in my 325i.

Follow up question: which car would be more fun?

    2 is harder by far.

The total experience would be less fun, as the thousands of $$$
extra you'd spend would be all that much LESS hookers and blow you could afford.

now, sometimes I just mess with people. It's more entertaining that way. george graves

Option 2 would be a hell of a lot more fun. That's for sure.

Let me know if you decide to go M20. ;)
