Need help with ebrake wires on e30 m3

This is for e30 m3 but i assume it's the same as other e30. While replacing my center console i noticed that one of two oem wires by the ebrake handle was just loose and sitting there. I have to check but i think it was blue/yellow maybe. I think it is supossed to attach somewhere on the ebrake but i dunno where. Any help? Btw, the dadh brake light works and turns on and off properly, no obc errors

the ebrake is just a single wire that goes to a ground switch on the end of the ebrake lever

That's what i thought i can crimp on a connector but i don't see where i would attach that. Is it perhaps a seperate bolt on piece that is missing?

Yeah there is a screw on piece that the wire attaches to that was missing. Found it at the yard

So i put the little spring thingie on everything fit but now i can't put the ebrake boot on. I dunno if the m3 one is different or if i have it on wrong. Found out the other wire there goes to a light bulb for the ashtray so i fixed that too. I'll try to post a pic of the spring sensor so u can see what i'm talkin about

The little 90° bracket should be mounted to the driver's side of the handle. In other words the screw goes in from the passenger's side, not the driver's side.
