    how to remove trunk lining for changing the trunk seal!

    my trunk is getting water, i want to change the trunk seal. The seal is all crack, but I have no idea how to remove the trunk lock lining which sit on the top the trunk seal? I see no screws on that plastic lining cover.


    could somebody help me out please.

    Are you sure that it's the trunk seal that's causing the leak? Mine was leaking throug the tail-light gaskets.

        Get a Bentley, but as Ken suggests check the tail light gaskets. Just changed all of mine only to discover it is the antenna grommet. :( Waiting on one now.

          you have to remove the plastic cover that's just above the tailights. it's held on by a bunch of plastic pegs. You have to use a screwdriver or something to push them out from the inside, then you can pull off the plastic cover and get the seal off. You need to remove all your trunk carpet for this.

            those little plastic things come off pretty easy.... you take an awl (or screwdtiver) and push the dot in the middle down, then put a flat head under the edge and pop it out..... to put it back in push the pin from the back out, and once instaled push pin in so flush with the fastener head.... but check the tail light gaskets too
