    Squealing like a mother

My e30 is making this terrible squealing sound when ever the temperature drops below 50 degrees. When it is a warm day it does not make any sounds but i do hear a rattling sound when the engine is running towards the front. I think it is the belts but i just replaced all of them. I may need tensioners that arent stripped. Does anyone have a solution? preferably cheap as i am broke but i hate the squealing and i cant take it anymore. This happened before and i pushed it the point of a belt snapping. i changed the belts and suddenly its back??????

Your belts likely aren't tight enough. Rule of thumb is you should only be able to turn the belt 90º along it's longest stretch and no more. See here:

If you have any oil leaks, oil on the belt will make it slip and squeal as well.

Nice rule of thumb. I like that. Good solid tip right there.
