    Heat shielding?

    Hey der guiz,

So I'm in the middle of doing a partially shaved bay, repainting, slimming and re-wrapping the harness, and some other stuff (not tucking though, I change things too frequently to mess with that), and while I'm stripping out the engine bay, all my shield/sound deadening stuff from the firewall down into the trans tunnel pretty much just crumbled away to nothing. So essentially, I'm looking for good options to replace it. Bay is Hennarot, and I want it to look pretty good if possible, but it's not the end of the world if it doesn't.

    What are my options?

you can either buy it new, it is really cheap. or you can do without it if you want a nicer look. you can see it new, here in my car. it was like $100 from ecstuning.

you can run without it or get gold plate shielding done up to make the bay look better.
    Much wow

You could run without it and then use something under the carpet on the inside if you are worried about heat.
