Are Euro motors easily serviceable in the US?

I was thinking about bringing over a Euro S50/S52 for one of my many project ideas and it got me wondering. I know that the US S50/S52 are closer related to the US M50/M52 then they are to their European cousins, but if I say needed a gasket (i.e. intake, cylinder head, exhaust, etc.) or if I needed stuff to rebuild a head, or even if I needed a new alternator, is all that stuff easily available from the dealer or am I going to have to order crap from Europe?

    Just wondering...

Im pretty sure you can just order them from the dealership, just might take longer.

BMA can get you any of that stuff provided it's still available from the dealer and you have a part #.
