    Tachometer, OBC, radio quit working

    Hello,

I own a 1986 325e, 4 door, 5 speed manual with 75000 miles. It was a one owner car until I bought it in June 2014. When I got the car, I got the timing belt, water pump, dis cap, plugs, wires, coil, air, oil and fuel filters replaced. The car is almost mint, works perfectly.

I parked the car for the winter in my garage, as I only use it as a summer/ weekend car. I started using the car 2 weeks ago, but had to recharge the battery twice. Today, after recharging the battery, car started and worked fine but the tachometer, OBC and radio are dead!

    Any ideas?

Thanks for your help, it is greatly appreciated!

I'm thinking you blew a fuse.

My guess would be #12 or #21.

Actually fuse #21 makes sense as the fuel economy gauge doesn't work also, and it all happened after I removed trunk light bulb thinking it might be what drains the battery!

      Will check fuses tomorrow!

      Thanks for the info
