    K5 and K7 Unloader relays

So I've been having an issue that I have been looking into lately involving these two relays (or the accessories they run), and I'm starting to think too hard and need someone to just hear this and tell me what I'm missing. So here are the facts as they are:

Both my power windows and blower motor do not work... at all.

    Sounds like a fuse, right?

So here are the other things I know due to testing. Fairly simple.

I have tried using a "known" good relay in place of the K5 and K7 -nothing changes
*known meaning my horn relay (horn works with it in, not without)

If I jump the relay at fuse 17 or 20 (battery power to power side of fuse),
    the accessories work fine.

I've tried testing the relays for their operation, but neither relay make any kind of noise when I apply voltage to pin 30 and ground pin 87.

So what's the deal? Here are some general questions to get you going:

-Are the horn and unloader relays different(their part numbers aren't)?
-Can I deem the relay good/bad at this point?
-Where else do you go before the fuse other than the relays?
    -??????

    Thanks peeps.

You test the relays by putting power on pin 86 and ground on pin 85. These relays are grounded (when not starting the engine) by a black/green wire going to the starter. Check that the socket for pin 85 is grounded, when not starting.

What is problem, is the car not starting? Had that found that Po had put 3 butt connectors in a row on the ignition wires coming from column. I used a free wiring schematic to trace.

Like vpillart said, if you jump the k5 relay in the fuse box, do the windows work again?
If so, check your connection at 30h (the smallest bolt, closest to the sky) on the starter. That grounds the wire when you try and start your car and takes power away from the accessories.

Also, for what it's worth, this helped me with my issues:
