I was attempting to replace my directional stalk and got to the point of pulling apart the wiring harness but it is in a position that I can't get sufficient grip on it. Stupid question: do I pull on the wires and risk a greater problem or is there a more civil way of going about this?

There are pinch clips on the white plastic connector although it still takes a fair bit of effort. The hardest part is getting the stack of clips back together and secured to the column, but like most things on our cars, pat inc and persistence gets it done.Seat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. So the stack of clips either pulls away or detaches from the column and then you can remove the individual harness?Comment

That's correct. I believe the stack just slides out (up towards the steering wheel IIRC). I found it easier to maneuver them off as a group and then separate them. I think the only lock clips are on the individual pairs but double check.Seat Shocks....I have passed the baton to John Christy from Ninestitch. Email John or Garrett at ninestitch1@gmail.com
