Yeah.. so I have no AC... need a fan.

Got 12V one on eBay it's great but mounting points suck. I'm going to splice the wire and use my GoPro kit accessory and try to mount it from battery / rear using screws / velcro and spliced wires.

Not ghetto looking (well you know) but is there a better solution besides cooling shirts? IE: if I have a passenger I want good fan going on battery.

Something that does not look like shit or cost $5K.

oh yeah dont' worry. That won't look like shit

you could always do this. Dont' worry, it would complement your paint job nicely
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

I know 5k is an exaggeration, but come on. It took me a few months, but I collected all the parts to basically an entirely new AC system for less than $250. Some guys have done it for less I'm sure.
Treat yourself and your ride to what you deserve. Fix that shit.

I can't do AC with S/C setup on this car without crazy fabrication work.

It will not look like shit, I know what I'm doing. The only issue is mounting the fan in a position that will properly feed air and routing wires from battery post that already has small mount on positive cable for things of this nature.

The little 12V fan is actually strong AF but I can't have it in charge socket; that does look like shit. Direct wire from rear that nobody will ever see would solve that.

            Ah, well that changes things.
Running wires is easy, just make sure to use a fuse for safety.

Why not just grab a lead from the accessory fuse box? There are two there if they are not currently used. One for always on and the other for ignition 12v+. I used the always on lead since its a nice thick 12/14GA wire while the ignition lead I think is 16GA.

Which fan did you buy off of ebay? I got an Aux fan off of ebay a few years back that was very solid- just not OEM (found it by the OEM part number but same connections/mounting tabs)

If you can't mount yours from the condenser easily, the euro M3 had brackets for an aux fan (No A/C but had an aux fan still installed) you can find that part number on realoem.

Yeah this is for one of those 'fan' blowers from ebay that use V12 socket, inline fuse (low amp) and route it from rear (my rear is gutted) then will mount it on bucket seat using go-pro arms (aftermarket with no logo). Not AUX fan guys, I actually have a spare one.. mounting it to rear of front seats would be lols.

Let me play around with it when I get a chance... can go two ways.. super ghetto or super cool.
