Epic thread bump. In my case the bolts came out easy peasy because desert car with no rust. However I can't pull the bumper off it's snagging on something which I can't see. It is a janky plastic bumper swap from the previous owner and I don't know what mysteries May lurk within there. Bumper moves back about a quarter inch before it binds. Lighting is disconnected. I am geriatric and can't really put that much grunt on it to try to brute force it.
