So the hub adapter affects the turn signal canceling function? Is there any solution like a better adapter?Last edited by DELPHINtimecapsule; 09-11-2015, 01:42 PM. -
flip both steering wheels over and you'll see the difference. That's your problem.Leave a comment:

Swapped steering wheel and turn signal's messed up
So I just received an AC Schnitzer wheel with the hub Adapter. After swapping it with my mtech wheel, the turn signals won't turn off automatically at the end of a turn. I replaced the mtech wheel back on just to doublecheck and the signals worked fine so it is definitely when I put on the new wheel.
Full disclosure, when I was messing around with installing the new wheel a second washer appeared while I was installing it. This washer was not part of my previous assembly and the guy who sold me the wheel said there was no washer included with the new wheel he sold me so it's a mystery, maybe it was lodged in the interior of the wheel and dropped out when I was shaking it. Just to be sure I tried installing the wheel with the second washer as well as my washer from my previous assembly and it made no difference in whether or not the turn signal worked.
The question is, does anyone have any tips or thoughts on why my turn signals won't work properly with the AC Schnitzer wheel installed? ThanksTags: None
