should i go right for the pump, or is it possible for a fuel filter to become so clogged that it wont let anything through?

check for 12v at pump first.

Jump the pump relay and see if it pumps fuel up to the rail.

its my ghett0 fuel pump relay forschizzle. anyone in the tacoma area know where i can find a new one on short notice? ($tealership in fife has a 4 day wait and im fucking impatient to drive it)

is it 5 pole or 4 pole? if it is then you might be able to use a universal relay, just make sure the schimatics match up.

..... and make sure that the relay can handle the specified amperage or it will break... maybe like the last one did...

its a 7 pole O-o. last one was an actual fuel pump relay, it was just ghetto third party crap.
