Oil inspection lights

Are the oil inspection lights suppose to stay on with the car off and key out? The yellow and red light stays on. Also is there a way to reset it to get them to shut off?

Means your SI board batteries are dead. You will need to replace them. I should also note that changing the batteries does not always repair the SI board, power capacitors and transistors should be replaced also.
