Back to life after prolonged storage

Need some advice on getting my old girl back to life.
She's been sitting for over 2 years without being driven.

I know I should have taken the time to properly store her, but honestly I didn't think it would be 2 years sitting.

Parked the car with a half tank of 100 octane and nothing else

Tires were flat Battery was toast.

Pumped the tires and put new battery in and she started right up
Took her for a quick spin around the block. Brakes worked fine (ish) tires were seriously flat spotted.

What should I do to get her back 100%?

    Fluids? Timing belt? Plugs? Etc.

Thanks in advance for the advice

when a car has sat that long I would drain the tank of old fuel, change the oil before starting it, put some oil in the cylinders which, by now are pretty dry, disable the fuel pump and crank it til you get oil pressure...THEN try to start it

After a few miles I'd change the oil and filter again

^ Just curious, because I may have to do this with a certain '78 Cadillac in the not too distant future, how would you add a bit of oil to the cylinders? Just through the spark plug holes?

My friend's e34 after sitting for a few years had brake issues.. start with bleeding them. Def change your coolant too.

it's a Kenny Powers quote on wheels

You are correct...remove the plugs and use an old fashion oil squirt can. Just an ounce or 2 to help prevent scoring.

Good point about the brake fluid which, alomg with coolant are both 2 year change items anyway.

Coolant and brake fluid for sure are happening (and oil). Timing belt was changed 6 years ago and less than 9,000 miles since change, should it be done to?

Timing belt should be done before you ever put the key back in the ignition. They are 50k OR 4 yrs and not running for an extended period doesn't help.
