Well I have tried to remove the fan clutch like a normal civilized person but it still won't budge. I decided to take it to a new level since I have a new water pump on the way and a Milwaukee sawzall in the garage. I'll post up some pictures in the morning after I take it off. I can do a write-up if anyone is interested :drink:

Try this - an old shop trick & works evert time. Use an air powered muffler gun (in & out motion, similar to a drill driver but doesn't spin) with a chisel point blade - place it on the a flat surface of the nut, pick a surface that will unscrew it in the "off" direction. Pull the trigger while holding the chisel point firmly against it. A couple of spurts with the gun & it will be loose enough to take a wrench & finish removing it. It will slightly mar the flat surface of the nut, but not near as bad as the rounded edges you've already made with a wrench. If you don't have one or can't borrow one, take the car to a local muffler shop & have them do it - remember, you only want to break the nut loose - then follow with the wrench.[I
