    A/C Compressor Wiring

I've got an '87 eta that's been converted to R-134. I'm trying to troubleshoot my A/C system, which is currently not providing cold air despite a recent charge.

I noticed that my A/C compressor has a loose wire coming from it with a male connector. I'm assuming this is for the clutch, which would explain the lack of cold air. Does anyone know where this needs to connect?

I also noticed two other connectors that are loose: one male from the harness below the coolant tank and one female from the front of the car. The connectors look like they should connect, but I want to know what they're for before I do so. The female one has a large rubber cap on it, which looks like it may go on something else.

Below is a picture showing what I'm talking about. Any insights on these loose connections is much appreciated.

Hard to tell from that pic but do a visual to see if your compressor clutch has engaged. I think what you are holding goes to the low pressure switch on the drier. The compressor won't turn on without it
