need help: fuel pump no turn on

ok guys i just got in the final parts i needed before i could start my car again for the first time in 2 weeks.
here is a list of all parts that i changed:
    starter
    intake boot
    fuel injectors(19#)
    Mark D Chip

those are the only things that were changed from the car.

now it seems that the motronic isnt sending a ground to the fuel pump relay (this is the conclusion i came to after some testing)
correct me if im wrong 85 gets ground from motronic when the pump is to run meaning when the pump should be running i should have continuity with 85 and ground, i tried this and it didnt work. what is most likely wrong? if i put the chip in wrong would that do it? i opened up my ecu after i figured this to make sure it hadnt fried, it looked alright. what is wrong need help asap

no fuel no spark injectors dont click, is that enough to presume the computer dead?

check that the battery actually works...

after that, check for continuity between the fuel pump + and the fuel pump fuse and then the fuel pump - and the battery +.

Check your fuse that is about two feet away from your battery (small black wire next to the large one) there will be a "lump" and when you find it cut it open and check the fuse. If its busted thats your problem (it was mine).

Sounds like your not getting power to the ecu at all. Check the constant battery power from the main relay. Then check for switched voltage. You should have a 12 volt signal to at the main relay (solid red wire) at all times. I'll bet the red/white wires dont have anything going through them with the ignition switch on. If you've 12 volts to the red wire at the relay and not the red/white with the ignition to position 2, then I'd say the main relay took a crap. If you dont have 12 volts at the relay, i'd suspect the fusible link at the battery, check the power block under the hood and look for 12 volts at all the battery + posts.

                Fusable link.

Just for the hell of it check your coil as well.
