Metal on metal sound from the rear?

I am getting a high pitched metal on metal sound from the rear of my e30. I checked the brake pads and parking brake pads and they looked normal. I know the sound isn't the fuel pump because it only happens when the car is moving. I got a clip of it when i was coming to a stop from 40mph. It's a little hard to hear in the video, but if you have any suggestions let me know!

I looked underneath it earlier and the drive shaft wasn't touching the heat shield.

That's what I'm starting to think. I'll get some new diff fluid and see if that helps at all.

I know you checked them but it sure sounds like dragging brakes to me
