Odometer still doesn't work

mine are the VDO and bought them from Gargistics in Aug of last year not sure if i have the bill and not sure if they will take them back.I did do about 60 miles turning it by hand twice and have to check a third time...The last time i checked was in Sept and the car is in storage right now couple more weeks and I'll take it apart again..Some one had mention that it might be my speedo that might be defective..

The problem in the OP's picture is the yellow donut on the outer most gear is too thick. Once you put on the plastic cover, it will interfere with the donut and squish all the gears together, jamming them.

Try swapping the thinner yellow donut with the thicker one.

So frickin' irritating. I have had my cluster in and out 5 times and it's still not reliably rolling miles.
