Can't anyone tell me what this is?

I'm looking it up in every way imaginable and I cannot find the right words to get this. I'm trying to replace it for obvious reasons but can't find the exact part.

It's the rubber strap that hold the exhaust to the car, but I've looked for in with many names, many sites, etc and can't find it.

Awesome, thanks for the site. It's neither of those but I went back and input my cars info and found the part numbers for everything. That should narrow down my hunt.
