"Flapping" Noise under driver side front/rear

Today I noticed a pretty loud noise. Almost sounds like something (have yet to determine what it could be) is flapping in the wind on the drivers side of my vert. Somewhat sure that it's in one of the wheel wells, and no it isn't the liner. It only comes on at about 25 miles per hour, doesn't do it at idle, doesn't do it while I'm decelerating to a stop so I'm pretty sure it is not rotational/engine/driveline related. Anyone have any ideas??

If it doesn't do it while applying the brakes, it's likely brake or drivetrain related. I'd check for loose bolts/hardware, starting with wheel bolts and caliper bolts.

It tapers off as I slow down to a stop.

The Cabrio front fender liner is a 2 piece affair with the small piece being about 6" tall and guards the bottom section of your fender. It's also where dirt and salt accumulate and eat your fenders so it's a good idea to remove them, decrud and POR that area (AMHIK)

I can't say it's famous for flapping though so you may be hearing it eat your fender :)
