How the f*** do I remove broken glovebox?

Check your fuses, you might have burned the one for the dash lighting/flashlight charger or for the dash light by shorting a connection.

check your fusebox.. your glovebox light circuit may share a fuse with the radio etc

Well, you guys were right, I was messing around with it in the garage tonight and found a blown fuse. #10.

Thanks everyone. Really glad that was just a small issue. This car needs a million things fixed - electrical issues like this tend to sap my motivation.
