    windshield washer pump

I've tried searching for a solution but can't seem to find one. I just replaced my washer pump on my iX. The old one worked but was leaking as it was old. I put the new one in and nothing, I can't hear it engaging. Fuses are fine. Any ideas?

you gotta check the voltage with a multimeter and figure out if you're getting juice to the pump or not. Sometimes the wires get old aroudn there and you can have a continuity issue. If you cant' get juice the pump won't run. if you are then your new pump is bad. If it's powering on, but no fluid you can have a hose issue.

Check for juice at the plug. Maybe a wire got yanked out of the connector while you were swapping out the old one, or just plug the old one back in and see if that one works.
