How long can gas sit in my gas tank with my car not moving? I think i need to looking into some shit to pour into my tank.

just short of a year in my experience.

yeah, my M3 sits about 3/4 to a year at a time, never had any problems. but i also hump the gas tank and give it the hot beef injection once in a while- maybe that helps.

Just add some Sta-bil to it. Ideally you want a full tank too, as parts of the tank not under the gas will start to rust and flake into the fuel.
