Left Blinker blinking fast and dim

Left Blinker fast and dim
I'm having an issue with my left Blinker. When I turn it on the left side blinks fast front and back. Also the front left is very dim. I checked the connections In the front along with the groung on the driver's side fender. Everything seems to be in good condition. The bulbs have been replaced. Also to note it when I turn my hazards on the fronts are not in sync. They go back and forth with the left still being very dim.... The problem has fixed itself before but it's back again. Please help.

High resistance in one of your connections. Take your bumper off to get to the back connections. Clean, lightly sand, and reassemble all connections.

Also one more thing to note is that the left illumination for the blinkers in the dash dosnt work for the Blinker or hazards while the right works fine.

Taking the bumper off and cleaning the connections Worked for me. Thank you. I had to re wire the ground pin because it was corroded so bad. Blinker works great now.
