    Are you still not getting up to operating temp? At your temp gauge. My car wouldn't ever warm up in the winter until I replaced the t-stat and found the previous owner had put the o-ring on the wrong side of the thermostat, allowing water to flow past. It could be that simple

      I haven't gone on a long enough trip yet to notice whether it gets all the way up to operating temp, but I am certain the thermostat is working and not leaking or sticking, since I verified with my FLIR that the hose stays completely cold until it gets up to temperature, then opens. I also had to add some coolant on my short test ride from the air in the new heater core, so I may need to do one more round of bleeding.
