Did I brick my ecu (11 to 20 on diagnostic plug)

So the ignition switch is out on my 88 325i Cabrio. I ordered one but meanwhile I have been using 11and 14on the diagnostic plug to start it up but I accidentally connected 11and 20 and then It doesn't start when I connect the proper pins , did I brick my ecu?

Ok update I tested the battery , it's fine , how do I test the main relay
