    euro headlamps wiring

alright guys i just picked up a pair of euro smilies for a greta price of 110 shipped :) and they are MINT! but i have one problem, wiring, i just wondering how you guys wired them in. i have a 1990 with sealed beams, and also i was wondering where you wired your city lights into.

    thanks alot.

btw i tried search, lots of discussions, but no one actually told how to wire them up.

he has an article on how install euro ellipsoids and how to work with the relays and that stuff, that helped me a lot.

Good Luck with your new headlights, and post images as soon as you install them ;)

I think you are confused boruca, he is agreeing with you.

Guys you will want to order the high beam larts listed on e30m3therealm3 if you want to have the sealed high beams. On the low beams all you really need are the pins in the plug from your old sealed beams. I think they are 61131353440 and if you want to replace the old brittle plugs (I broke one) thye are 61131352234
Mike's kits should all come with the plug adapters in my writeup.

the problem is that one of those numbers is bad and there are 3 connectors :)

Both work in my ETK and two of the pins you leave alone. The low beam wiring and gorund dont need to be rewired, you are just moving the high beam wire out and replacing it with the citylight hot wire. YOu dont need the ground because it just shares the ground with the low beam.

yeah you still need 3 plugs! I can handle the wiring. I can't use paper clips to connect the wires into the caps, right?
