What are you talking about? There is one plug that goes into the back of the wiring harness included on the low beam light and citylight. YOu keep the low beam and ground pins and the plug for the sealed beam is the same plug for the kits. YOu could reuse them.

I don't have a wiring harness! there are 3 plugs on the back of an ellipsiod set, one for the low beam, one for the high beam, and one for the city light. I need those parts, not plugs for the adapter harness, because I don't have one.Comment

oh, Oh, OH! I thought you had one of the kits coming.
I have no idea off hand but when I get home I could check the ETK. I bet there are pins and a plug housing for the low beam that is just like the high beam. Dont know on the citylight holder though.Im now E30less.

I have the caps and stuff for the highs and lows, and the socket/wire for the city lights. I just need the plugs that go into those, I can easily make my own harness (I'm just going to cut off the sealed beam connectors, maybe use a diode for the low beams so they turn on with the highs)
If you could find me the part #'s for those three plugs that would be awesome. 8)Comment

Not sure why the rest of the parts list is missing from my article on the website, but here are the correct part numbers for terminal plugs you'll need:
Low Beams=
Yellow Connector Terminal Plugs: 61-13-1-378-419, 2 needed- ($1.45/ each)
High Beams=
White Terminal Plug Connectors: 61-13-1-378-417, 2 needed- ($1.45/ each)

Deffinately do the relay jumping thing in Ryan's article. It looks like daylight in front of you when you're driving.
Off topic, but I just had to let you know D///M3 that you have the cleanest looking M3 i've ever seen. The color is soooo deep.Comment

I still need the plug for the city light. :(
I don't have a wiring harness, all I have are the caps that go on the end of the high and low beams. I could probably make one of the other plugs work.. or buy a wiring harness? anyone have a part # for that?Comment

Do you just need the wiring harness of the plug or the bulb holder itself?
I cant find a plug for it specifically because its part of the vehicle cable harness and I dont know what the plug would look like.
The citylight bulb holder and its side plug is:

FYI guys
This part: Yellow Connector Terminal Plugs: 61-13-1-378-419
Is used as the connector to the outside temperature sensor on 88+ e30's and most all e36's
I just went to the junkyard and cut it off 2 late model e30's along with 1ft of wire :)
I took the low/high beam covers with me, so i could test out connectors from all sorts german cars. I could not find on a e30, or on any volvo's/mercs a connector that matched the white one.Tenured Automotive Service Professional - Avid BMW Enthusiast

I have the bulb holder. I need the plug that goes into the end of it. it's very similar to the plugs for the high and low beams that go into the backs of the caps, it's just keyed differently.Originally posted by Ryan StewartDo you just need the wiring harness of the plug or the bulb holder itself?
