As some of you know I did a bad m20 eta to a good m20 eta swap a while ago. The thing is, I never got the cruise to work. Its all hooked up but it just doesn't do a damn thing. I haven't messed with it much but I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about these things. What should I check out?

When i did a bad m20 to good m20 swap my cruise didnt work but it was just a fuse. I hope yours is as simple but since you are posting this up it probably isnt. I dont know how extensive your swap was but you probably didnt mess with the wiring or placement of the unit so just double check the cable is tight on the TB because thats probably the only variable that you effected with your swap. Good luck.As some of you know I did a bad m20 eta to a good m20 eta swap a while ago. The thing is, I never got the cruise to work. Its all hooked up but it just doesn't do a damn thing. OK I will check out the cable. So the car that I got the motor from didn't have cruise, but the car I was putting it into already had cruise. All I had to do is hook up the cruise cable to the throttle lever thingy. Does it matter that the donor car motor wasn't equipped with CC? I wouldn't see how it could but its just a thought.
