4 hours? man I did my installation in less than an hour, including cleaning up the crud around the manifold where the injectors plug in. I didn't completely remove the fuel rail either, I just pulled it out as far as I could until I could pop the old, cruddy injectors out. there wasn't that much room but it was plenty for my big hands.

I pulled up after undoing the four bolts that hold the rail on and unhooking all the wires and lines. I had to use a breaker bar and gently gently pry it off the top of the injectors using the valve cover as a fulcrum. Then to get it all out you may have to remove the valve cover, so be really careful not to drop anything in there and really clean up around it before you take it off.
My problem now is I have it all back together with new M50 injectors on my m20b25 motor. But two of the injectors don't have a tight seal and most gas onto the manifold. Are there any tricks to getting all the injectors to sit flush?

Remove intake manifold bracket
Pull valve cover
Unplug connector under intake mani
Gently Pull up on electrical connector and pull it out through the valve cover side
Remove fuel return and feed lines
Remove the 4 10mm bolts holding the rail on
Pull up firmly to pop injectors out of the manifold
You then should have plenty of room to maneuver the whole rail out with injectors attached.
