    Mounting M20 Flywheel

I Will be mounting a flywheel to my engine i am working on in the near future.

The spacer #10 shown does what? What are the consequences of not using it?

Does anyone know what size the pins #9 are? I assume those are for mounting of the pressure plate is this correct?

What is the ball part #6 used for and where does it go?

If you are running a stock flywheel you can get away without that ring. If you are running aluminum you need it. #12 in the diagram are longer bolts so support using the ring.

Be careful of bolt to clutch disc clearance though.

      Thanks mate.

I'm using a machined stock flywheel so its not AL. I have the ring/spacer but i'll check that there is clearance for everything. I thought it might be a "washer" to help protect the flywheel surface from the bolts.

Any ideas on the ball #6?
