check the blower moter see how well its spins. its prolly toast.

OK I will try doing that this weekend, but it's getting cold out here, and I don't have a garage to work in

i hope its a switch cuz switches are much cheaper than a moter.

To eliminate the switch, leave it on 0 and hit the AC button while stopped. If you start getting a little air then it's the switch. If nothing, it's the blower.
