Spark plug wires question

I got a 325 is 1987 and the spark plug wires are not eom so I want to buy new ones. I went to an auto part and the guy tell me that I can use an e wire set that are cheaper than the i wire set. the problem is that the i wire has an extra cable that goes to a sensor or something like that and the e wire set don’t has it so my question is If I buy an e wire set is going to affect the performance of the car because it doesn’t has the extra wire to the sensor????

the inductive pickup is there to change the firing pattern of the injectors and it shouldn't really affect it that much. But why not use the proper ones i didn't think the price difference was that great?

they ask me 95 for the e wire set and 150 for the i

Here's some ignition wires at Autohaus for $132. That's a little better. It seems like they were a cheaper awhile back.
