    wtf? No... it doesnt even happen in neutral. I can free rev the car all I want. It happens only when in gear.

      just reving the engine isnt enough to lift a mount.
      if it is a broken mount, its just the one side when engine braking, the torque from the car's momentum is twisting the engine off the mount.

      atm, i cant think of anything else based on that description

        ^ Then my motor mounts should have been really shot because I was able to pull that off before I replaced them. The motor mounts are fairly new anyways. (2,000 miles or less)

          put the car in gear and leave the ebrake on and slip the clutch like your gonna pull away. See how much the engine moves.

          Turbo power might have destroyed the mounts? Or it might have been the drifting...
