Go to a german parts store to get fuel hose, autozone etc. will carry fuel hoses but they are 1 size too large, and you will eventually have a leak again.
Your symptoms sound exactly like how mine were. Replace the fuel pump o-ring. It's VERY easy, pop out the bottom of the back seat, take out four machine screws holding down the black cover plate, and then make a couple hard turns with a full-tank, pull-over and look through the hole to see if it's been freshly wettened (is that a word?)
