I got my M3 from him - that was a nice M3, he said he didn't know how rare they were before starting the swap. Nice enough guy, but I really doubt he's going to push it hard. He was pretty twitchy on the test drive of the M3 before I bought it from him. I wasn't even at 60% at any point in time.

more popular meaning easer to find parts in a land that only one or two cars that has a similar engine were sold... makes solid power starts getting expensive at 400... huge aftermarket support...

Both have huge aftermarket support and the power to weight ratio of the RB is far better. Granted I do believe the SR is an excellent engine, I just think with the amount of room you have in a E30 why not put an engine in it that fills it up instead of making it look like a Rotary engine and having nothing in your engine compartment..
