replace bitch clip with 1cm bolt?

I'm thinking about going this route. Getting this clip back on is proving more difficult then getting it off. The new delrin bushings are a tight fit and I've already gave my thumb a nice fat blister from trying to twist it in.

I think a bolt is the way to go.

I know this is a hella old thread but this is what I ended up piecing together at a hardware store today to replace my Bitch Clip that went missing. This thread is one that pops up in Google so hopefully it can help someone else.
