So day 1 of the 2 day consists of smoking my tails and corners. They are drying now. The side markers front and back don't like VHT at all. Huge pain in the ass and it just forms puddles. So I got a paint brush and had to spray a bit then brush it on. Blow it dry so it would be come stcky.
Fronts and Tails look great. The Sides not so much. Might run Smoked Fronts and Tails and then find some OEM sides or find smoked ones somewhere.
Anywho.
The oil pressure light on the dash is supposed to come on in Key position two. Mine did not so I went and bought 20 of those little instrument cluster bulbs. I am going to replace them all. So I take out dash. Find that some of the bulbs are moved around. Some burned out etc. So I replace all of them and move a known working one from my high beam to the oil pressure. Plug it back in.
The light still does not come on in Key position 2. Does this mean the sensor and/or wiring is toast? I really want to get this fixed so I can drive the thing with some type of oil pressure warning :) Going to get it on a lift tomorrow for a suspension rebuild :)
Thanks guys!
