    Hahaha , aliminum is metal . :p

If you mean the M20 powered E28's and E34's they use aluminum pans just like us .
The M20 E34 pan is the same exact pan as ours .

Maybe someone can see if the diesel Rangers and Lincolns used a steel pan .

As far as rally cars ..go HERE .
Click on pictures and then "2005" and check out the "Rallye Franconia" to get an eyefull .

I'm not really a "rally guy", but I did install my 666 plate for the specific purpose of protecting my lowered e30 whenever I rallycross (only once so far). This is a little bit worrying. Can you describe what it is you ran over?

Lets talk about skidplates.. so i just reved another pan.. i have the 666 fabricaton plate. While the plate took some of the hit it still punctured , bent up and the pan died under it lol.. I run canyons and the 2 times ive destroyed the pan it wouldnt have mattered weather the car was low or stock height (so i dont need to hear it).. Anyways my questions are.. What are the rally guys running and do u have pics?
Has anyone modified a metal 5 series pan to fit there e30? thanks for the input.. ill post pics of the rev'd 666 fab pan and my latest oil pan :)
Working...
