    Irritating cabin squeaks...

Well, first of all hello to everyone reading! :)

Some six months ago I upgraded my stock suspension to Bilstein/HR Sports
and a month or so ago I first noticed some squeaks inside the E30s cabin
coming from the back (I think from the metal besides the back seat where the speakers are) and maybe from the part between doors where the seatbelt comes out from...The dash fortunately is quite tight for now...

Anyway, are there others experiencing the same nerve gutting noises?
How can I tell exactly where they re coming from and fix them once and for all?
Please help cos I hate these kind of noises. The car used to be totally rattle free!
    N.

there's a vibration somewhere in my dash now between 1500-2500rpms.. which is very annoying because that's where I like to drive the car on the street. It wasn't there before I took my cluster out, so I guess I gotta go back in there and figure out what came loose.

It is easy. There are several places, BMA, that sells HD ones that last longer. Somewhere I saw some solid aluminum ones.

I believe UUC or IE (maybe both) sell the aluminum ones.

Since going to a stiffer suspension I have noticed the rear pop-out windows make a bit more noise. When they are open or if you press on them while driving the noise goes away.

Rear shock mounts are an easy job, just make sure you have all the parts and follow the instructions. I was missing a couple of washers because the car came with KYB which use a different RSM. I installed the bilsteins using the parts I had and blew my new shock mounts out after a couple weeks of driving.
